All disclosures, tours, trips, services & prices are subject to change without notice. Tours may be canceled at our discretion due to inclement weather/safety concerns, for a full refund.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover Cards. All services must be booked in advance.
MISC. Cancelations: There is a non-refundable service fee of 25% (a minimum of $50.00) for cancelations 5 days before your scheduled event. (This includes all services we provide)
Deposits are 100% forfeited for cancelations within 72 hours of your scheduled event.
Airports: There is a $25.00 an hour waiting fee for delayed local airport pick-ups. There is a $50 an hour waiting fee for delayed flights outside of the Reno/Tahoe area.. Fees begin after the first 30 minute grace period. (Reasons for delays include, but are not limited to, baggage claim issues, customs checks, immigration checks, bar/food stops, gambling...)
Communicating any delays may help avoid these fees.
Sitting Fees: There is an hourly sitting fee if the driver has to wait for the contracted clients to arrive to the car. Fees begin 15 minutes after the contracted arrival time. Clients will be charged the hourly rate of the vehicle contracted.
After Hours Service Fee: There will be a small service fee for any out-of-town (Tahoe) trips between the hours of 12:30am - 6am.
Cleaning Deposits: Cleaning deposit may be 100% refundable. Having to clean bodily fluids, foreign substances , or repair to seats, interior, windows, paint & body etc will forfeit your cleaning deposit. Depending on the level of damage/cleaning, you may incur additional charges.
Holiday Special Events: SnowGlobe, 4th of July, Memorial Day... All shuttle deposits are non-refundable.
